Conceptual Product Design for an applicant tracking system (ATS).
I worked as a contract designer on a conceptual applicant tracking system (ATS), where applicants are able to view, apply and manage job applications, and administrators are able to track, manage and process applicants. Flows were designed so applicants would have an account created when applications were submitted (with notifications). Administrators were able to manage applicants, jobs, messages, a calendar for scheduling, and reports. Throughout the project, I designed wireframes, documented and annotated flows, and reviewed them with the client and stakeholders.
