Design for Finhaven — a global blockchain powered investment platform based in Vancouver.
Finhaven is a blockchain powered investment platform, combining legal structures with smart contract execution to facilitate the tokenization of securities (in compliance with applicable securities laws). To help emerging markets access capital, Finhaven enables institutions and offices to issue, syndicate, manage and settle loans.
As Design Lead, I researched and interviewed customers, worked with product on strategy, developed end-to-end experience, and prototyped different approaches to complex interactions. Specific areas of focus were custom flows for signup and onboarding (that reflect requirements for KYC and intl' AML laws), purchasing, managing, and transferring tokens and fiat assets.
Working as a design lead for Finhaven, I founded the design team, processes, pitch decks, and the initial product design and strategy. As a team, we successfully raised a $6.6m series A.
