Dialpad
Product Designer
Available on any device, anywhere, Dialpad includes voice, video, group messaging, SMS, MMS, conferencing, screen and document sharing, and is integrated with Microsoft Office 365 and Google G Suite. Dialpad customers include 60 percent of the Fortune 500, high-growth enterprises and forward-thinking organizations, including Uber, Netflix, and Motorola.
As a product designer on a distributed team, I worked on growth, integrations and administration teams. These projects spanned desktop and mobile apps, company setup and administration, integrations, signup and onboarding, device provisioning, and other features. We expanded the product line from a single Dialpad Talk product through to Dialpad Sell (for sales agents) and Dialpad Support (for support reps), while layering on a Voice Intelligence layer (with the acquisition of TalkIQ in 2018). Voice Intelligence features enable users to do more, with real-time transcription, call summaries, action items and sentiment analysis.
Other notable work includes design for integrations with Salesforce, Zendesk and ServiceTitan. Designing for these integrations meant conducting research, communicating with partners and stakeholders, designing new features or interactions, and testing to ensure effectiveness.
Working with the design team, we developed Dialtone – Dialpad's initial design system. Throughout working for Dialpad, I supported the larger team with assets, website design, deck design (for investors like Andreeson Horowitz and Softbank), and more.
